Iqaluit, Nunavut, January 22, 2025 – The Qikiqtani Inuit Association (QIA) is seeking individuals that are interested in applying for one of the five boards listed below.
Qausuittuq National Park Joint Planning and Management Committee
Two positions, 3-year term
Inuit from Grise Fiord and Resolute Bay are eligible to apply for this committee
Aggutinni Territorial Park
Community Joint Planning & Management Committee
One position, 3-year term
Inuit from Clyde River are eligible to apply for this committee
Nunavut Wildlife Management Board
One position, 4-year term
All Qikiqtani Inuit are eligible to apply
Nunavummi Disabilities Makinnasuaqtiit Society
One position, 1-year term
All Qikiqtani Inuit are eligible to apply
Kakivak Grants & Loans Appeals Committee
One position, 3-year term
All Qikiqtani Inuit are eligible to apply
To be considered for any of these positions, you must include a completed application form and a current resume. Some boards or committees may require a completed Vulnerable Sectors Check, completed within the last 6 months.
