Iqaluit, Nunavut, April 29, 2022 – The Qikiqtani Inuit Association (QIA) extends its sincere condolences to the family and friends of Scott Wells.

Scott was a highly dedicated member of the QIA team for many years, serving as our Director of Finance.  He was well loved and respected by his collogues and always made time to speak with anyone that needed his help.

“It’s clear that Mr. Wells made a huge impact on all the lives he came into contact with, in and outside the organization.  His lighthearted demeanor and his dedication to QIA will always be remembered”, said Olayuk Akesuk, President of QIA

The QIA board and staff send out deepest condolences to his wife Amanda, his sons, beloved grandchildren and extended family.
