The Qikiqtani Inuit Association (QIA) is offering a series of workshops this fall in Iqaluit to familiarize Inuit youth with harvesting and sealskin preparation.

The Qisilirinniq pilot workshops are a series of workshops for Qikiqtani Inuit youth between the ages of 15 to 30.

Qikiqtani Inuit youth who wish to attend the workshops can register by calling 867.975.8380 or emailing GNoble@QIA.ca. Space is limited to five participants per workshop.

The deadline for registration is October 14, 2020 at 5pm.

These pilot workshops are supported by MakeWay Foundation – Arctic Marine Fund.
