Notice of a by-election is hereby announced for the election of a Community Director in Pond Inlet to fill the vacant term of office expiring December 31, 2018.

Advance polls will be held on April 3, and Election Day is scheduled for April 10, 2017 between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Nomination period will open February 20 and close at 5 p.m. March 3, 2017.

Eligible voters must be a member of the Qikiqtani Inuit Association residing in Pond Inlet for one year and be at least 16 years of age on Election Day.
