Notice of General Meeting of Members to
Consider Extraordinary Resolution
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 5.01.02 of the Qikiqtani Inuit Association By-Laws, of a
General Meeting of Members on June 5, 2024 in Iqaluit;
The following resolution will be proposed at the General Meeting of Members as an Extraordinary Resolution:
1. Approval of the expenditure of $15 million in ICIF funding for the budget
shortfall following the escalation of costs post-pandemic in the construction of
the Nauttiqsuqtiit Centres in Pond Inlet and Clyde River.
