Pursuant to QIA’s elections regulations, s. 6 (5) and 6 (6) Notice is hereby given to the voting Beneficiaries of Igloolik that the nominations for a community director of Igloolik is now open. Nominations for candidates for election of Community Director must be received before 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Monday, March 26, 2012. The by-election will be held in Igloolik on April 30, 2012.

Official nomination papers in Igloolik can be picked up at the Igloolik Community Liaison Officer, Sidonie Ungalaq’s office.
