Notice is hereby given that the 2021 Annual General Meeting commenced on October 5, 2021 will resume by videoconference at 2:00 p.m. on November 30, 2021 to consider the following business:

1. Resolution to approve QIA Consolidated Financial Statements for the 2020-2021 Fiscal Year
2. Extraordinary Resolution to approve spending on programs to mitigate the effects of Covid-19 with funds from the Government of Canada’s Indigenous Communities Support Fund.
3. Extraordinary Resolution regarding expanded membership in pension plan currently provided to QIA employees by Northern Employment Pension Services.
