Qikiqtani enrolled members who are living outside of Nunavut aged 16 and over can apply for a one-time payment of $500. This program is designed to be one per household.
The Qikiqtani Urban Inuit Program – Food Security (QUIP- FS) is accepting applications on a first come first served basis until January 31st 2022, or until the funds run out.
The Qikiqtani Urban Inuit Program is an expansion of QIA’s previous COVID-19 Food Security initiative that rolled-out in April 2020. The funding for this program is from the Indigenous Community Support Fund. The budget for this initiative is $500,000.
