The Data Administrator’s primary responsibility is to support the Program Manager and Project Coordinator by collecting, organizing and reporting on data.
The selected candidate will have demonstrated experience in inputting of collected data, verifying data accuracy, developing data analysis, and documenting and recording data as required by project funding agreements. The Data Administrator will also provide information that will assist with internal and external communications and the dissemination of information. The position will require liaising with project partners and third parties, and preparing regular reports for the Program Manager.
For the candidate to achieve the best results they will likely have completed a college program involving Business Administration and have past work experience in project management. We will accept applications with a combination of education and experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint are also required.
This position requires the candidate to be bilingual in Inuktitut and English.
The position will also require the successful candidate to:
• Work in standard office conditions the majority of the time.
• Participate in occasional and remote travel by small aircraft. Trips may be up to one week in duration
• Lift boxes, files and promotional materials (under 40lbs)
• Occasionally work on evenings and weekends to meet deadlines
